I am doing a bit of research regarding MKV and I am trying to understand
some items in the specification.

I am trying to understand where in the file structure the Decoder Config
item would be located for codecs that require it?  Such as AAC or AVC.  Are
these records included as part of the Block structure or elsewhere?
