Hello,

if this is feature request for MKVToolNix you might want to open an
issue on its github repository [1].

Just in case you don't know; you can change the color of subtitles
yourself when they are .srt or .ssa or .ass. For example with software
like SubtitleEdit or SubtitleWorkshop and many more you can change the
color the subtitle has.

Some software players allow you to override how subtitles appear, like
for example the font they are rendered with and the color they appear in.
