while I'm really glad to see new applications dealing with Matroska I'm pretty unhappy with your choice regarding its name. You know that mkvinfo is a specific application that's a part of MKVToolNix. Choosing the same name for your application is confusing to users: they may search for it and find hits that don't really match what they're using, they will not really know why there are two apps with the same name and we developers will be faced with bug reports for programs we haven't written (I regularly receive bug reports about MKVExtractGUI which I haven't written as its name is so similar to mkvextract which I have written). 

Can you please reconsider and chose a different name? Thanks.
