libMatroska v1.4.8 released

Hey,

here's a small bug fix release of libMatroska, v1.4.8. Download link for
the impatient:

This release is binary-compatible with other releases from the 1.4.x
series, meaning that binaries linked against older versions of
libMatroska will continue to work with 1.4.8. It is also API compatible.

Here's libMatroska's ChangeLog since the previous release (v1.4.7):
