If you quote me, please quote me in the context, which is : "Actually I think we should throw all our ideas of things we want to be able to do at different stages (source, filter, renderer). And see what is good in every project. From that wishlist we could see what existing projects can match (already or with extensions) or cannot." Of course it means that some may be candidates (to be extended) and some not !
