If (when :) we agree on an "audio" extension, such as ".oga" for anything audio inside Ogg which an audio player (SW) should be able to decode, then that's future-proof. Of course, if the player hasn't got support for the codec yet, then that's a totally different issue and the player needs to have a means to find and install support for the codec. But at least the right application gets started, i.e. a audio player rather than a video player. Silvia.
