[Xiph-Advocacy] About Spanish speaking community contributions

Hello Ivo,

I have some questions regarding this matter.

1. Is the following the right path for all our contributions?

If it is, is there a specific structure we need follow to organize the
content? or could we use a custom one? Like this:

2. Will writers use the wiki to create their articles?
