Agreed. That's all I was proposing. FreeSerif isn't to anyone's liking,
that's cool. I'll tinker if people don't mind. :)

That is my felling as well. Hence me questioning the use of non-free
fonts. But I understand the reasoning just don't fully agree. ;)

This is just for Spread Open Media right? So only material branded as

Cool. I'll take a look closer at the SOM site and Xiph wiki to see what
I can get going.

Also, is everyone open to mascot submissions for other Xiph projects
like Ghost?
