Hi,

Last year the Wikimedia Foundation resolved that all new uploads to
Wikimedia sites (such as Wikipedia, Wiktionary and so on) must qualify
as Free Cultural Works.

Attached to the resolution was a link to a definition, the Definition
of Free Cultural Works.

There you can see the four essential freedoms which are neccessary,
and you can also see a requirement for "no technical restrictions" and
"no other restrictions or limitations". I think Xiph.org's open media
will help tremendously in promoting Free Cultural Works.

Maybe some sort of cooperation might be possible, perhaps? I've put up
