I reckon that other than Sony's Wav64, good old Wave is clear.

You misunderstand something about the SOM project, though: it's not
meant to list every single free format out there.  If someone would
like to do that, then it's a matter of doing it (SOM is wiki-editable)
and we'll add it to the site, but otherwise the project advocates free
formats that need the promotion.  SVG, the different Ogg codecs, XSPF,
etc.

P.S: Does anyone know if there are patent issues in Wav64?
