Well, that's easy. Just transmit the script and the list with the 
cast and who plays whom. Seriously, I think there are an number of 
problems here. First of all we know way too little about the human 
brain to be able to do this. Second, everybody looks at things 
differently. I know little about birds and to me it wouldn't really 
matter what kind of bird was flying around in a particular movie 
scene, so the bird could simply be encoded as "bird", and I 
wouldn't notice it if I saw the film twice and the kind of bird was 
different. But then what if two birdwatchers watch the movie 
independently, and their codecs are a little different, and produce 
different birds? When talking about the film they'd surely have an 
interesting discussion on the kind of bird in that scene. So you'd 
have to store everything that anybody ever could look at. That's 
still a whole lot of information.

As for "Human Encoding", I'd never thought of this really, but who 
knows. Perhaps one day we will send humans from one transporter 
station to another in an Ogg based format :-).
