Why not have a metadata stream inside the Ogg container, alongside=20
any audio and video tracks, that specifies in which order to play=20
the streams, and that can reference other files? That'd be easy to=20
implement I imagine.

Alternatively, how about a simple XML file that contains this=20
information, like the RealAudio .rm stub format. Granted, that's=20
used for streaming, but I think it should be possible to do it with=20
streams on disk as well.
