Hi...
I was working on something like that a long time ago, but my
mastering is taking much of my time right now. 
In the time, I was trying to put the tarkin codec as a
new codec in the ffmpeg project, so we can have an API to
work with and a way to encode from other formats to tarkin.

In ffmpeg, the file format is separetad form the codec.
In teory, we can use any format we want (in teory.. :))
