Cool. Thanks. I didn't think of looking for another #59.

Looks like i got around to getting the (2,2) wavelet working properly and it
does do a much better job than the Two-Six wavelet. So far with the (2,2),
my SPHIT style coder with my own simple context modeling system, i can get
very good quality at ~0.75bpp. Now all i need is to add some simple temporal
scheme into the mix :)

My apologies, there is more than one 59. The paper I am referring to is:
"Wavelet transforms using the lifting scheme". Technical Report
ITA-Wavelets-WP1.1

It is a good summary on dealing with CDF wavelets, including
co-efficients, integerisation and information on dealing with dynamic
range increase and bit growth.
