Ogg + VP3

Hi everyone --

Glad to see there's interest in the VP3/OGG project. 
I'll be working closely with Monty and team to support
the VP3 codec.  My role will be to document the
bitstream, consult on any development issues relating
to VP3 and OGG integration, and to work with other
interested parties to develop improved and updated
versions.  I look forward to working with everyone
here, and please don't hesitate to contact me with any
questions or suggestions.
