There was another build problem that has just been solved.  If you
were compiling for Windows using VisualStudio, some files weren't
properly exported and it wouldn't work.

The simple solution is to apply the patch from
https://trac.xiph.org/changeset/15378

So far nothing has been found that will hinder the release of 1.0.
Expect to see it out soon.

And please keep on testing as much as possible.  We really wish to
offer the most stable implementation of the format.
