Really?  I was under the impression that Karl implemented it, and
truth be told, the changelog does mention it.  But then again, the
statement is right next to Kate support, which probably means that
Icecast is using the Skeleton support only in non-Vorbis-only streams.
 That would be a bug if this is the case.
