Playing forwards is fine ~ 30 fps @ 640x480 on a dual-core AMD64, 25 fps on
a single core laptop.
Playing in reverse is much much slower of course, average about 4 fps for
640x480, 16 fps for 320x240.


There are still a few small optimisations to be made, mainly to do with
seeking (which is still not 100% accurate).


 I would like to know if theora uses clamped or unclamped YUV.
