I doubt there is a clean mapping. Even if there were, you wouldn't really want
a WebVTT decoder to actually decode Kate styling/etc, convert to WebVTT, then
parse WebVTT from this. A lot better to embed all, or most, of it as is and let
the WebVTT decoder do the WebVTT decoding.
