adding keyframes will help playing the whole content from the testfile 
in Firefox. VLC doesn't show the correct duration but i think this is 
not necessary at this moment.

Are there any hints to play the stream more continuous? Currently 
Firefox will wait some time before playing the stream, then it plays 
some seconds, wait again, play...wait...play...wait...
