Hi Oliver,

The above scenario was not that important / very well tested, thus the 
incompatibility.

I have recently fixed Vorbis Encoder -> Vorbis Decoder case 
(https://trac.xiph.org/changeset/17302/),
Theora, Speex and Flac Encoder -> Decoder cases are on my TODO list.
