Dvgrab command

Recently I tried to live broadcast the video of our workshop. but i was failed. I applied the following command dvgrab --format raw - | ffmpeg2theora -f dv -x 80 -y 64 -o /dev/stdout - | oggfwd myvps 8000 hackme /live.ogg I was able to configure video size but unable to configure audio bitrate. it was taking 60 kbps for audio and 20 kbps for video.
