Upload the OGG Vorbis files (you can experiment with low bitrates, and Xiph LibVorbis vs AotuvVorbis encoder). On every page supposed to play sound add "Sound not playing? Get latest Firefox or Opera browser or download the file in OGG Vorbis format and play in in your audio player" with download link. -- ~~~ wow ~~~
