NHW Project - New Release 0.1.4

Hello,

I am pleased to announce that the 0.1.4 version of the NHW Project is out!!!

This version mainly adds high compression which is for long overdue.

The 0.1.4 version is still consistent with regards to the project goals
that are a fast codec with a good image neatness.

I have started to work on -l5 and -l6 settings, and high compression is
extremely complex.The NHW Project is an open project, so any help is very
welcome!!!
