Hello,

I have released a new version 0.1.6 of the NHW Project.

I have improved quality of the very high compression quality settings (-l8
to -l14), they are better now.

I have also started to code a -l15 "extreme compression" quality setting
that is competitive with x265 (HEVC).

We can still save 2.5KB per .nhw compressed files.
