Hello,

For those interested, I have released the 0.2.9.1 version of NHW.I have
psycho-visually fine-tuned the pre_processing in the encoder, and so this
new version is better.

It is not so evident however as I validate my versions by eyes, and my eyes
were maybe a little tired this time, hope there is no regression/drop in
image quality with this version.
