ogv files stopped playing after chrome 119

hello -

its been a LONG time since i have posted here, but i notice that OGV video
files no longer appear to play on Chrome 120+ from what i can tell.   i
downloaded an OGV example and tried to play it here:

you can still hear it, but can no longer see it.

here is the standalone OGV file:

i was using BrowserStack and it plays fine up until Chrome 119 but Chrome
120 on up, it appears to have stopped working.

is ogv still actively supported?
