 Hello,

Very sorry for disturbing you that much, don't know if I will be able to
work on NHW next months...

As usual for those interested, I have released the NHW v0.3.0-rc23 new
version.

I continue to fine-tune the nhw_kernel weights.This new version has then
more precision and a better visual quality.
