 Hello,

Very quickly, for those interested in NHW, I have released the v0.3.0-rc46
new version, always fine-tuning the nhw_kernel weights for a better
precision and a better visual quality.

I'll still try to improve precision, but I find that this new version has a
good balance between neatness and precision.
