 Hello,

Very quickly, for those interested, I have released the NHW v0.3.0-rc49 new
version, always fine-tuning the nhw_kernel weights for a better precision
and a better visual quality.

Visual improvements are more and more slight while fine-tuning the
nhw_kernel weights, but I still can not figure out why the nhw_kernel
weights initialization is so much important.
