These are the main reasons why we've discussed the cover art issue. We shouldn't stuck on that existing, not well implemented solution. As soon as there is an official standard at the wiki, the online documentation, as well as an updated ogg vorbis library and Nero support for the new format, it's going to establish as the new standard for ogg vorbis cover art soon. Existing programs using the old COVERART field can update their tagging libraries very quickly. We however have to act now to fix the problem that no well-defined standard for ogg vorbis cover art exists until now. Mathias
