Hi, I'm not sure why you haven't had a response yet, it could be no-one feels reviewing SIMD instructions is something they can do, or simply haven't had time to reply. Vorbis-dev is a bit quiet now that the focus is moving to Opus, but patches do still get shipped here. It might be worth an email on the ogg-dev list (which is really for the Ogg transport layer, but has also acted as the general Xiph-dev).
