FYI: #fpsupport out of date

Hiya FAQmonkey,

I just noticed a slightly outdated FAQ item. Thus quoth #fpsupport:
"... no free integer-based Vorbis decoder exists at the moment ..."

You might want to update this to mention the open source release of
Tremor.
