Compile c:\xiph.org\libvorbis-1.2.0\win32\VS2005\vorbis_static.sln In C:\xiph.org\libogg-1.1.3\win32\VS2005\Win32\ and in C:\xiph.org\libvorbis-1.2.0\win32\VS2005\Win32\ you should have the static libraries and the build examples.
