6.1 and 7.1 Channel Mappings

Hello,

I'm trying to encode 6.1 and 7.1 audio in Vorbis, but don't know what channel ordering to use.  The specification states that 7 and 8 channel audio is left to the application, and puts the 5.1 mapping identical to AC3 (FL, FC, FR, SL, SR, LFE).

I'm trying to encode a DTS-MA stream.  Any suggestions?
