Vorbis Packet size

Hi,

Is there any method to determine the end of vorbis packet, without 
relying upon the ogg header, for a vorbis stream embedded in ogg ?

I know that from ogg header we can determine the packet size. Is there 
any other method to determine end-of-packet condition?
