I didn't mean the license conditions for Vorbis, but for the open source
tools Apple bundles with Darwin, e.g. Samba, gcc, bzip2, png, perl and tons
of others. Please don't get me wrong on this: I have no problem with anybody
using open source. But IMHO open source license conditions should keep an eye
upon fair practices. If one party makes a big buck by using open source on
the system he sells, then he should not constrain others to use or provide
open source tools on/for the same system.
