Q: "MP3 direct cut" for Vorbis?

Hi! Maybe some of yopu know "MP3 direct cut" that allows you to cut out parts of an MP3 file as well as add some fading without having to re-encode the whole file. That's nice for making your own ring tones. Does something similar exist for Ogg/Vorbis? Regards, Ulrich
