Hey, where's Opus?  Fishsound needs Opus.

Also, there needs to be a page in the Xiph Wiki
about Fishsound.  I can copy stuff over from:
    http://www.xiph.org/fishsound/

or does somebody more familiar with the library
want to do something better?
