Invalid header page, no packet found

Hello,

In this [1] file, one of more than 35000, recover files after an error 
with this program [2] gives me this error:

WARNING: Invalid header page, no packet found

I've tried:

1- mplayer
2. vlc
3. audacity
4. oggz
5. ogg

There is no way to recover.

However almost all mp3 files work correctly.

Any ideas please.

Note:

If you access the file, the server will give a security error because 
the certificate is not verified the same, but the site is secure, it's 
my server for personal use.
