Problems with connections

Hi all:

we are looking for some expertise to help with connectivity issues.  
Any information would be greatly appreciated.  

Symptoms:

1- From our Madison location we cannot connect to our St. Pete 
Polycom Viewstation at 384K, only at 256K.  384K gives a blue screen 
w/lightning bolt. We are using BRI's from our local provider, TDS.
2- From our Madison location we cannot recieve incoming calls, B1 
and B2 of BRI 1 show activity, BRI 2 shows NO activity, BRI 3 shows 
activity on B1 only.
3- From our Madison location we can connect at 384K to Polycom test 
sites, and also our Alpharetta site.  
4- All diagnostics, ISDN tests, Spid assignments show as normal.
5- Our local provider, TDS, has tested all three BRI's, and they are 
clean.

Looking for information as to which piece of hardware may be at 
fault.  The IMux, or the ViewStation itself.  We have no 
maintenance, so it's gonna cost big bucks to fix if we have to call 
in for tech support.
