We recently did a study of Resource Scheduling systems, (Attached) not for controlling or receiving data from any equipment, however. You might look at AMX products for that, if some of the well known bridge/conference schedulers are not feasible. Our study, with relative costliness is attached. We chose "Resource Scheduler" by NetSimplicity for our equipment loan and management operation, but has not yet been ordered.
