Cal. I have been tasked with putting together an executive Video Conferencing system for our execs. I have done a few in the past smaller, portable. But nothing on this scale. I need to know what things I should consider for Preparing a Scope of Work. I have a few items listed, but I'm not sure if I'm covering everything. Scope of work for Video Conferencing The room is described as a rectangular room approximately 17 x 35. The requirements are: . Capability to interface A/V connectivity (6). . Capability to interface DB15 computer connectivity (2). . Capability to interface Network connectivity (1). . Capability video conference system to follow speaker. . Capability to control video session manually/automatically from single control panel . Overhead (?) Projection system to white wall/screen . Whiteboard Any ADA requirements for room? .
