how to draw array labels

Hello, On Pd-0.55.1 on apple silicon, I'd like to draw array ticks and labels using messages, as barely explained in help files I do send the following message: [xlabels 0 1 2 3 4 5 6( but the console do answer: array: no method for 'xlabels' Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I couldn't figure it out.
