Hmmm, I suspected that, but I have no idea how to do any of that. First
and big question is... I was able to log into
https://developer.apple.com/account with my apple ID. Does it mean I have a
developer account and can sign and notarize things? Or do I need to have
some sort of regularly paid membership (which I clearly don't have)?

I won't pay apple for that :) so people will just have to wait a couple of
minutes when downloading ELSE on macs :(
