example on how the 2nd arg of sigmund~ works (was: Pd version 0.55-2 test1)

I opened a new issue at https://github.com/pure-data/pddp/issues/256

I want to make sense of the 2nd arg in [sigmund~], which is an "octave
bias" value that goes from -100 to 100. I have no idea what it is or what
it does really... I need help figuring this out so I can describe it in the
documentation, and it'd be cool to also add an example for pitch detection
with more details about this flag/message.

It'd be good to enjoy the opportunity of the next update anytime soon
