Pd 0.56-0 does not open fully on Mac Mini M2pro. OS Sequoia 15.5

Bonjour à tous,
When I double-click Pd 0.56-0: the menu bar opens with Pd (preferences
don't open) File, Edit, Window, Help.
The Pd window doesn't open, nor does the menu bar in French (I'm French).
My OS is Sequoia 15.5 on a Mac Mini M2 Pro.
