[PD-announce] Re: ELSE+tutorail version 1.0-0 RC14 is out

Great news!!! After I don't even know how long, someone was finally able to
compile ELSE for rasbperry pi ;) so I uploaded the binaries of the latest
release (RC14) to deken! Please test and let me know if it's working fine ;)
