minor changes in deken search results

hi all,

the deken package index (aka: your favourite package manager for 
externals), has recently started filtering out a few packages, namely:
- Source-only packages (these are packages that contain only the C/C++ 
files for building externals, and are not useful on itself).
- packages with invalid versions of architectures (there are very few 
packages that have an invalid version, and those appear to be mostly 
errors on the uploaders side (e.g. there are packages with a version 
"v$(releaseTag)"))

i think that these changes are mostly in the interest of the users as 
they remove noise from the search results (and most people will probably 
not notice at all).

the webinterface on https://deken.puredata.info/ has also been slightly 
improved, and now sorts versions the same as the deken-plugin (at least 
with the latest and greatest deken-plugin).
it also allows the user to filter results by architecture (e.g. if you 
are only interested in externals that can be used on Windows-on-arm¹ you 
can now efficiently use the webinterface).

of course, you can also list Source-only packages via the webinterface.

would list any externals containing binaries for Windows-on-arm; whereas 
<https://deken.puredata.info/search.html?os=Windows&cpu=arm64> will give 
you all packages that are usable on Windows-on-arm (binaries, and 
patch-only libraries)
