Hey all Recent versions of Pd allow you to edit scalars of [drawsymbol] and [drawnumber]. It turns out to be quite a headache for patches that use clickable scalars with [drawsynmbol]/[drawnumber]. Often when clicking, the text/number gets the click, stealing it from the intended click action. I use double clicks to remove notes in a sequencer, but if the number is double-clicked, the text comes gray and thus prevents the intended delete action. In another case I use '+' as a label for a button that adds segments. Now you cannot quickly add segments because the the text becomes hi-lighted and receives the clicks. I see how editing text could be useful, however I very much would welcome a flag to disable it. Could that be a way to deal with this?
